Chinese Pan-Fried Dumplings

A Chinese signature dish. Boiled until soft, then pan-fried so the texture of the dumpling turns crisp and while the filling stays hot and juicy inside. Choose from pork & cabbage, beef, chicken, prawn or vegetarian. A choice of 8 or 12 Dumplings per serving, with our own special dipping sauce. The dumpling fillings provide a large variety for flavour, suitable for all customers. The spice level, saltiness and overall taste of the dipping sauce is up to personal preference too, adjust it to your own liking! Dumplings are one of those universally loved foods — familiar enough that everyone's happy to try them, and delicious enough so that they remember where they got them. It's street food done the proper way. The flavour/fillings can be tailored to suit your specific event.
