Our signature. Each dumpling is wrapped by hand, boiled until just cooked, then pan-fried for a crisp golden base and a juicy, flavourful filling. Choose from pork & cabbage, beef, chicken, prawn or vegetarian — served in 8 or 12 packs with our house-made dipping sauce. Filling combinations can be tailored to suit your event.
